As parents in a marriage, each spouse has grown up in a different home which impacts how we think and how we handle different situations. There are also differences in how men and women respond. All these different elements impact how we parent.

Have you ever been in a situation when your spouse is correcting one of your children and you cringe? The correction we are observing is either too harsh or not harsh enough or the words used are inappropriate or condemning. It happens to most of us because even though we may be married we are still 2 different people. 

Today we will talk with the mums on how they have dealt with differing or even opposing views in parenting. Hopefully we will give you some tools that have benefited us that you can use in your own home. 

As Mums an important part of our job is keeping our children safe. While it sometimes may feel overwhelming it is important that we do not approach this task from a place, but with a confidence that they belong to the Lord first. This week the mums discuss keeping kids safe in an unsafe world.
